Summary
Mount Sunapee is located a few minutes west of I-89, just south of Lake Sunapee. This state-owned area is run by the owners of Okemo - and it shows, as snowmaking, grooming, and overall facility condition are top notch.

|
I skied Sunapee with my friend Nikki on a nice, sunny spring day. Early on conditions were boiler plate which allowed for excellent conditions later into the afternoon once things softened up. The Sun Bowl was regroomed however, causing it to get heavy early on. The steeper diamonds, with their wind exposure, were the most consistant runs as the day progressed.
